Drawing from two decades of success in the hospitality and country club business and the aging journey with her mom, Jan seamlessly transitioned into the world of senior care. She quickly engaged in the role of Director of Community Relations for MorningStar Senior Living followed by a promotion to Executive Director where she not only managed the operations but also created a warm, thriving environment where residents could flourish. Her nurturing spirit and extensive knowledge of senior care options allowed her to provide tailored solutions that catered to individual needs.

As a Strategic Account Executive at InnovAge, Jan’s influence reached even greater heights. She established and nurtured relationships with key decision-makers, advocating for options that allowed low-income seniors to age gracefully within the comfort of their homes through the innovative PACE Program (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly). Her efforts weren’t just about business; they were about ensuring that every senior received the care and support they deserved.

Most recently, Jan was a Sales Manager for the lease up of Overture 9^th+CO, a 55+ Active Adult luxury community in the heart of Denver, which completed her full rainbow of senior living experience.

Jan’s holistic approach is underscored by her Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) Certification, a testament to her deep understanding of the intricacies of senior living. Her journey hasn’t just been professional; it’s been personal. Having walked the challenging path herself, Jan possesses a unique insight into the emotional complexities families face when seeking the best care for their loved ones.
